Taking accurate measurements is essential to ensure both your comfort and the effectiveness of the compression. Follow these tips to easily determine your measurements.

Our tips for taking accurate measurements

  1. Take the measurements preferably in the morning or after lying down for about 20 minutes.
  2. Measure directly on the skin, without clothing, in a standing position and without shoes .
  3. Measure the circumferences of both legs.

For compression socks, two steps will need to be taken:

  • Ankle circumference (A) : approximately 3 cm above the malleolus, at the thinnest point.
  • Calf circumference (B) : at the widest part of the calf.

For compression stockings and compression tights, 3 steps will need to be taken:

  • Ankle circumference (A) : approximately 3 cm above the malleolus, at the thinnest point.
  • Calf circumference (B) : at the widest part of the calf.
  • Thigh circumference (C) : at the widest part of the thigh, just below the buttock crease.

If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the size that corresponds to your ankle circumference first, as this is where the compression is strongest.
