📏 Size guide (tights)
Thigh circumference: The measurement is taken at the widest part of the thigh, just below the buttock crease.
Calf circumference: The measurement is taken at the widest part of the calf.
Ankle circumference : The measurement is taken at the narrowest part of the ankle.
If in doubt, base your decision on your calf circumference: it is the most important measurement.

Compression level
Class 2 (15–20 mmHg) : The most prescribed! It effectively treats the majority of venous disorders, supports pregnancy and protects during long journeys.
- Wash your compression stockings or socks by hand or in the washing machine at 30°C, preferably in a laundry bag to protect them.
- Use a mild detergent, without fabric softener or chlorine, to preserve the elasticity of the fibers.
- Dry them flat in the open air, away from any direct heat source (radiators, tumble dryers). Do not iron.
