If in doubt, base your decision on your calf circumference: it is the most important measurement.

Compression level
Class 2 (15–20 mmHg) : The most prescribed! It effectively treats the majority of venous disorders, supports pregnancy and protects during long journeys.
70% nylon, 30% spandex: a combination of materials that guarantees comfort, support and freedom of movement on a daily basis.
Wash your compression stockings or socks by hand or in the washing machine at 30°C, preferably in a laundry bag to protect them.
Use a mild detergent, without fabric softener or chlorine, to preserve the elasticity of the fibers.
Dry them flat in the open air, away from any direct heat source (radiators, tumble dryers). Do not iron.
